Most gifts are ready within 5–10 days depending on the product and package. Tell us the birthday during checkout and we'll work backwards from it.

Less than you'd think. A name, a relationship, and a handful of real details are enough to start. The more small specifics you add, the more personal the result.

Can I upload photos?

Yes. Photos are optional for songs and recommended for storybooks and legacy books. Old, imperfect photographs are very welcome.
