Before we start
Cancel any time before production begins and we'll refund you in full.
During production
Because every gift is made from scratch for one person, orders in production are eligible for revisions rather than full refunds. We'd rather make it right than hand back your money.
If we miss the date
If we can't deliver by the birthday we agreed to and you no longer want the gift, you get a full refund.
